  • L'Hôtel-Dieu
  • L'Hôpital Notre-Dame
  • L'Hôpital Saint-Luc
Le Centre hospitalier universitaire de Québec (CHUQ)
  • L'Hôtel-Dieu de Québec
  • L'Hôpital Enfants-Jésus
Le Centre hospitalier universitaire de Sherbrooke (CHUS)
  • L'Hôtel-Dieu de Sherbrooke
  • L'Hôpital Fleurimont
The McGill University Health Centre (MUHC)
  • The Montreal General Hospital
  • The Royal Victoria Hospital
  • The Jewish General Hospital

Other Partners

Fonds de la recherche en santé du Québec (FRSQ)
In addition to partnering with the universities, the Biobank has teamed up with the FRSQ’s “Axe Banque de tissus et de données” of the Réseau de recherche sur le cancer. The Biobank will be an FRSQ endorsed tumour bank. The Biobank will have access to and use where appropriate the existing FRSQ supported tumour banking infrastructure (IT and equipment) and thus leverage the lessons learned and systems developed by the FRSQ.

Alliances under Development
An ongoing dialogue has been established with Genome Québec and in particular its affiliated McGill University and Génome Québec Innovation Centre, one of Canada ’s and possibly the world’s leading translational research labs. Dr. Tom Hudson, director of the centre, has been actively helping PROCURE scope out the Biobank and his centre will have representation on the Biobank Researcher Network. A strong working relationship with the Ontario Cancer Research Network’s (OCRN) Tumour Banking initiative has been developed and the director of the OCRN Tumour Bank, Dr. Brent Zanke, serves as an advisor to the Biobank.
